Stunningly beautiful, charming hotel, there's heated pool and location is favourable in the Chiraz restaurant where we ate four out of the seven nights. It has elegant and immaculate rooms with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The staff is lovely and super cool at all the levels. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is delicious!

The food at the restaurant was top-notch, with plenty of great options to choose from. I really enjoyed the dishes I had 🍽️. the location was fantastic, and all the staff were super friendly and nice.

Friendliness of staff. Rooms were very nice - clean and well kept.

At check-out they made the porter check the mini-bar. Apparently they didn't trust that we listed what was consumed during our stay.

Great location of the hotel, near classy restaurants, the pathway, and the fortified medina of Hammamet. close to the center. Comfortable stay, as always.

Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a mini-bar. Excellent view of the garden from the room's windows. Phenomenal location within walking distance to attractions. Great selection of food options nearby.

The double room was clean and had a private terrace overlooking the luxurious garden. the staff was always courteous and polite. Great central location next to Hammamet and a classy restaurant, along with a nice beach nearby.

Sand and the sea is great.

If you do not speak French please consider to go three times.... You cannot communicate any other employee except the receptionist. And there is a very strange reservation system in the beach you cannot understand. Yo need to discuss with the employees to get a good place in the beach.

Design, the quiet, the swimming-pool on the beach is cool, good dinner when the buffet, the beach is good

One day - buffet dinner, after - "a la carte". When the dinner is "a la carte", the service is very long, the food is'nt tasty.

I had an amazing time during my stay at the resort. The beach was absolutely stunning, and I loved the fact that it had a private access. The room I stayed in, room 230, had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and was well-maintained. The spa experience, although slightly understaffed, was quite enjoyable, especially the massage. The overall facilities were great and the grounds of the hotel were lovely. The dining options on the beach were reasonably priced and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the cocktail hour. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.
